Account data for staff users of the admin and agent portal: name, work email, and the plan and subdomain chosen at signup.

Enquiry data submitted through a tenant's public listing site: the contact details and message a prospect provides when requesting a visit or contacting an agent.

Account data operates your subscription and provisions your listing site. Enquiry data is routed into the lead and client pipelines of the tenant whose site received it. We do not sell personal data.

For enquiry data submitted on a tenant listing site, the tenant is the data controller and NxT Close acts as processor. For staff account data, NxT Close is the controller.

Account data is retained while a subscription is active and for a limited period after cancellation to meet accounting obligations. Enquiry data is retained under the controlling tenant's settings.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Enquiry-data requests are forwarded to the controlling tenant.
