Terms of Service

NxT Close provides a hosted public property listing website and an admin and agent portal, delivered on a subscription basis under the plan you select.

Portal access is limited to your staff. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity carried out under your accounts. Agent seats are limited to the number included in your plan.

You retain ownership of the listings, imagery, and client records you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host and display that content on your public listing site.

Subscriptions renew on the plan interval until cancelled. Add-ons are billed as described on the pricing page. Fees already incurred are non-refundable unless required by law.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend access for non-payment or for use that breaches these terms, after notice where practicable.
