Terms of Service

NxT Close provides a hosted public property listing website and an admin and agent portal, delivered on a subscription basis under the plan you select.

Portal access is limited to your staff. You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for activity carried out under your accounts. Agent seats are limited to the number included in your plan.

You retain ownership of the listings, imagery, and client records you upload. You grant us the license needed to host and display that content on your public listing site.

All plans are billed monthly. On a month-to-month plan you are billed each month and the plan continues until you cancel. An annual plan is a 12-month term offered at a discounted monthly rate, collected in twelve monthly payments; it is a commitment for the full term. Unless canceled where cancellation is permitted, a month-to-month plan renews each month and an annual plan renews for a further 12-month term. Add-ons are billed as described on the pricing page. Fees already incurred are non-refundable unless required by law.

A month-to-month plan may be canceled at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid month. An annual plan runs for its full 12-month term and cannot be canceled before the term ends — contact support for help with your account. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or for use that breaches these terms, after notice where practicable.

The listings, imagery, and client records you upload remain yours, and you can access them in the portal while your subscription is active. Please keep your own copies of anything you need. After termination we may retain your data for a limited period before deleting it from active systems; contact support with any request to export or delete your data.
